Being "bowlegged" doesn't necessary mean that your dog has knee problems.

I had a little mixed breed (poodle/pom) that was bowlegged (front legs). You would never notice it unless the hair on her legs was trimmed short - but then you sure would. I should have been named "cowgirl."

Anyway - she never had any leg or knee problems in her life - and I had her more than 10 years. Actually, her little bow legs (when you got to see them) were cute.
