A neighbor that is mad at you could call and tell the police that your dog is barking and it would cost $240 to come out and "assess the situation." and then $500 on the second visit. and so on. My parents dog is not a barker, but she barks at some people that walk by to make them go away (it is kind of funny because she barks at the 'shady characters') anyways. Even if the dog is barking because something is WRONG.
there are going to be a lot of dogs with their barkers removed I really hope NOT!  | That law surely does NOT seem fair ... dogs bark at times, that is their nature ... wouldn't the "neighbors" have to have proof of incessant barking??? |
