my Remy also did that every so often. i asked my Vet and she also told me it was bile and it happens when they have an empty stomach. you need to make him eat and if he doesn't, his stomach will throw up that bile (sticky white/yellow foamish discharge). try your best to make him eat at regular intervals, add in some treats to his food or anything just so his stomach is not empty.
