Why coudn't they have bred? Some females get very cooperative, and it sounds like they were planned so the owner may have even assisted.
I don't find it any more unusual than the one who had a 2 1/2 pound stud for a 10 female.
The only problem with the ad is, I don't agree with the medium range of weight, some may be 10 pounds and some may be 50 pounds but the weight won't just average out to 30 pound yorkies.
