Did anyone else see the 20/20 story on Nigerian Scammers.. Apparently their main source of income is from scamming Americans.

There are a lot of very influential Americans that have fallen victims to the scams, and one government official, who is now doing time for going in with the scammers. After he had lost a fortune to them, he decided to join them.

They have even written a law making it illegal to obtain money under false pretenses, and the first person they arrested under that law was the police chief, who had been taking bribes from the scammers.

Makes all of us look like geniuses.
