I would suggest just going to the craft department in Walmart and buying some yarn or ribbon and a few large bells. Just make sure that the bells hang low enough for the dog to reach comfortably. I followed a link before, and the bell product was $12 or $13. I think if you made your own it would only be a few dollars. My dad did this with his dogs, and they just nudged the bell with their noses when they had to go out.
