OH no I hope she feels better soon

I'd just keep an eye on her. You might have to stay up all night with her. If she continues to vomit and won't keep water down, and is acting lethargic, then maybe call the Emergency Vet and ask what to do. She'll probably be fine, though.

When is she due to eat again? See if she holds that down, and if so, she's okay

Be careful with the human food. You can unknowingly be shortening her life and I know you don't want that. It's hard to say no, but as a parent, you must Keep some little doggy treats nearby and slip her those if she's begging
