You might try searching for info as there are lots of posts about it. Personally, I don't think it is too late, others may disagree. At this point, I would keep the top 1/3 of her ears shaved inside and out. Also tape the ears using scotch tape. Gently hold them up and fold them together until they look like a taco shell, then secure with some scotch tape. If it is going to work it generally does within a few days. Good luck!
