I use cowboy magic on both of mine after a bath. I also keep some in a spay bottle for tangles. That stuff instantly takes the worst tangles out! I used to cut them out till I found that stuff. You can pick it up at a tac n tog shop (horse shops).

Someone here told me its easier to clip nails after a bath, cause they don't make that loud clip sound that scares them. Make sure you use the proper nail clippers for this. Mine have a loop at the end, and came with the syptic powder in case it bleeds. Sypic stuff stops bleeing fast.

I bathe both of mine every 2 weeks. Some bathe more often.
