I agree to disagree. We obviously have very different views and that is fine, and we are both entitled to express our different views. The world would be pretty dull if we all thought the same.

I agree that life can change at the drop of a hat and hit you blindsided. I have had my share of life's upheavals, believe me. However, unless I was physically or mentally uncapable of caring for my animals, I could not give them away nor sell them. If the day ever came that I could not care for my animals they would still stay in the family and would live with my daughter. She loves them as much as I do.

I do not think a true comparison can be made between my Yorkie being sold at 10 weeks and a dog being sold after 2 years.

Again, I agree to amicably disagree. No intention on my part of trying to offend or attack anyone. If I came off this way, it was not my intention. It's been interesting to hear your opinions.
