I have told my friend to get on this site, I am going to pass the replies on to her. I keep my dogs hair low, but I know that she was letting her dogs hair grow out. She felt because the groomer knew her dog, and it's been discussed in the past, she didn't have to go into detail. But you're right, she dropped her dog off, and didn't speak directly to the groomer.
