i have vpi pet insurance for LillyBelle. i pay it via payroll deduction from my work ha! just like my family's insurance. When I had LillyBelle spayed-they paid 70.00 of it, and when she had some shots and tests done a while back, they paid another 23.00. They pay part of her annual vaccinations as well, also part of the heartguard and i think a little on advantix, and covers routine shots.
I just fill out their form, have the dr sign it, i fax it along with my bill to them. Within 24hr they usually send me an email saying they received the fax and they send me a reimbursement check in the mail. I figure it comes out about even through the year, cost vs what it pays for, and then if anything major ever happens it will cover some of that. You can go to their website and you can read the exact coverages/cost. I have been very happy thus far. |
