No way!! It has been about 15 degrees here and I thought that was terrible. I dont know, when it gets this cold if there is much difference between 2 & 15. All I know it that its COLD and I dont like it and I know my little ones dont like going out to "do their business". They look at me like I am the meanest person, then they run out, pee/poo and run back in. I wrap them in blankets and give them their treats and then they like me again.
