The only way I know for males to not do that is if you have them nuetered very young. Like around 4-5 months old. I've never heard of being able to make them not lift their leg by any other method...Jaden was nuetered later and he'll lift his leg if we're inside and he's going ona pee-pad but if we're outside he'll squat
