I have done research and that is exactly why I questioned the OP's intent. And, if you read what I was questioning, it was her goal to have an outcome of little yorkies. I don't believe the goal of a reputable show breeder would be to have only little yorkies, it would be to breed a dog within the standard for the purpose of showing.
I don't know where you have done your research. The only thing A.K.C said is the size is to be NO BIGGER then 7lbs. why don't you call some Breeders that breed for show and ask them what size their male is I bet you will be surprised. Where did I say I breed only for tiny yorkies? My male will throw little yorkies.. any where from 2 1/2 lbs to 6lbs. I know he will not throw a 10lb puppy. that was my whole point. No one can tell what size a puppy is going to be for sure not intel they are about 13week old and then you really can't be sure. There are some really good books you can get that may help you.
