I've always gotten my orders from them in 2-3 days. I recently ordered from them and in their confirmation email, here is what they say:
We pride ourselves on prompt and accurate shipping of all orders. Most orders received by 1:00 pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm are usually shipped the next business
day.Weekend orders and orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm will be shipped Monday. Items with slightly extended delivery times are noted.
