Wll.. not sure exactly how it was all worded in what you read...but..From what i'm reading ...she didn't say any registrations would be PASSED to you. Plus they were bred...just not personally by her. You have to be VERY careful when filing a complaint. From what you posted I see quite a few loopholes for her.
By the way...yes some states have limits on number of dogs.. but this usually applies to dogs over a certain age and new puppies are usually excluded.
