I agree with the others, she should be checked. What I am really wondering is that IF your other Yorkie had that same problem, what is the common factor between them? I wonder if your household uses any strong chemicals? Maybe it has nothing to do with it. But I would try to figure out anything in common and ask your vet about it.
That being said...I really hope that it is nothing serious and your poor, sweet, baby can feel better soon. We will keep our fingers and paws crossed for you!
