is a good time to buy! I have a Bernina that's about 15 years old and I still love it! It's computerized and I learned to make items with insertion lace, embroidery, etc. I made little baby christening gowns, toddler dresses and lots of other things. I don't have any experience with the Kenmore, but my Mom had one a bzillion years ago and loved it. I also have a Pfaff that belonged to my Mom and it's the machine that I learned to sew on when I was a little girl!! You gotta know that thing is really
old ... it was top of the line then, but so was I!!
