I asked my vet about that earlier this week when I took Bailey in and she says it does scare some small dogs but also it sometimes hurts them and that is why they growl and bite.
When Bailey was a small puppy, she would growl and run looking over her shoulder like she was trying to out run her gas
I try not to laugh but she is too cute.....
