What?! Vote a lot of times. Now who would go and do something like that for crying out loud.
To clear cookies. I right click on the big E. Go to properties. Delete cookies, temporary internet files, and history. If you can't do that then you'll need to find your folders on your c drive. I usually just run a search to find them.
