that is awful, and such bad biz tactics ... when I ordered a shirt for Monday when she was "brand new", I ordered small ... well, that was too big, so I e-mailed them and they said they'd send an XS and I should keep the small or give it to a friend ... that was PETEDGE! so there are some mail order businesses that give a damn ...
