Yes, the weather is a huge delay. We're in Decatur and I know how bad we got it here but St. Louis got it worse than us. We just got power today after 7 days without. The ice on the roads made some areas inaccessable and mail wasn't delivered here for 3 days. Maybe the address you're sending to can't be reached yet because of downed trees or power lines...the mail carriers here aren't going to homes with power lines or trees down that may be dangerous. So, please be patient...I just lived through this storm and I can tell you the people in St. Louis must really be hurting right now. |
no i talked to the customer..she sees dhl running everywhere but its just not getting to her..she dont know why either!!
