Its seems to me you would have legal recourse because of her inability to produce papers as promised. If it states in your contract that your baby is UKC registerable then she needs to provide you the papers to do so.
As Debbie said you have purchased a pet and a pet doesnt have to be papered to be loved and give love, enjoy him, but I do understand your anger
you have been deceived, the seller misrepresented the parentage, also claimed she was the breeder of record and that your boy was UKC registerable.
A paperless puppy would be priced less than a papered puppy no matter the registry at the very least you should be refunded a portion (more appropriate pricing for an unpapered pup) that you deem reasonable.
