Welcome to YT and thank you for taking little Mr. Monster even though the breeder misrepresented herself! I would think the only way you would be able to legally pursue her would be if you had it in writing. Unfortunately these type breeders will tell you verbally anything they can to lure you in. They count on the fact that once you see those darling little faces and hold them in your arms, you're a goner!! I thank God every day that we were blessed to find a wonderful breeder and everything she told us was true and three years later, she is still very supportive and always interested in this little one entrusted to us!
It also states in our contract that if for any reason we cannot care for Toto, she goes back to the breeder.
