 Hummmmm....I asked hubby who sells a ton on Ebay....
Make sure your choosing the right category.......try a couple till it is exactly the statement you want to make......
You will not be able to call Ebay unless you are a "power seller". That is one of the only benefits you get once you achieve that status....

Ok...I reread your posting......just turn in one or two or three.......that will get them to take notice and ultimately the person using your pics illegally will be kicked off.....
