You can contact eBay and they can have the seller remove those pictures and anything else that may be yours. I think the sellers get a strike against them too or something.
I had a person who copied my whole listing once w/ picture and my "business" stuff too.......I contacted eBay and it was removed right then!
Sorry this happened........people can be so crazy!!!!
