Also, why do the help who answer the phones have no clue what your talking about? She ask me why I want an xray? When I explained you said "oh you must have done this before". They have NO clue??!!! Doesn't make me feel all warm and fuzzy, but my vet himself is good. I don't care for his help at all.

Just curious, don't they usually do them earlier? and is it an x ray or an ultrasound?
I'm just trying to learn, not questioning your judgement.
