Didn't pay by Paypal, I paid by AMEX.. but this woman called me, wrote me, etc.. etc.. and professed that she'd been in the pet biz since she was 16, had a bad accident, her kid was in the car with her, divorced hubby, married hs sweetheart, blahy, blah.. and that she was gonna charge me 30 percent cancel fee.. (I had Amex do a chargeback)
So... lots of blah blah later, she emails me and says "lo and behold, the lady in France hadn't even sewn the bed together"--- duh! So.. she wasn't charging me anything..
But, she had lots of famous peeps as her customers.. Such a fraud, I couldn't be mean.. just firm to her....
