I bought a nylon collar for my new yorkie (he's 4 months old now) and everytime i put it on him he scratches it. So I bought a different collar, it is a bit lighter and it clips together instead of a buckle. But he still seems to scratch. Is it because it really itches or does he not like it? When the collar is off he's fine.
