And believe me, she will NOT hate you, she'll know that you saved her life. I thought for sure that Luna would hate me too, but she loves me to bits and the feeling's mutual. We've formed a tighter bond, I think, because I had to be so hands on with her from the beginning.

Oh, another indicator of low blood sugar is the color of her gums. They should be pinkish red and NOT gray. If they are grey, she needs immediate vet attention, IV fluids and heat support. I was obsessed with checking Lunas for a couple of weeks after her illness.
