My girl is about 7 months old, was spayed a week ago... the past 2 days she has thrown up a tiny tiny bit in the morning. The only meds she is on is amoxil twice a day (?? pink stuff). She is acting 100% normal after that. We also recently gave her a bully stick that she has been eating more and more... not sure if that can cause it, but only new thing she's eating.
