I would rather have my dog debarked then have to get rid of it. The breeder may not have too many dogs maybe the neighbors just complain alot. Being debarked is done by a vet and is not abuse, there are much worse things that could be happening to the dogs
i may be wrong but alot of show dogs are debarked...am i correct?
