Hi! And welcome to yorkie talk! I know of a broker that sells TINY yorkies in south Jersey, pretty close to Philly. Topnotchpups.com. Be careful of the word "teacup". It's just a marketing word, and although it is JUST a word, it tends to bother some people as well as breeders. I know this particular broker isn't too fond of the word either. Yorkietalkers pretty much loathe the term.
