I notice this in Bailey every winter and also when it's really hot, he isn't to peppy, just interested in finding a warm spot to snooze or a cool spot to sleep. I even posted a thread about this the first Winter I had him, I do thinks it's the extreme cold or even extreme heat. They get lazy.
