Yes, Jeanie, I can definitely say that Topher does love his little sister. He amazes me each day by how he protects her and watches over her. If he hears her make a little yip or yelp that he hasn't heard before, he comes running (not that he's ever far away!)
They are alot like Mutt and Jeff...the size difference is hilarious sometimes, but she doesn't let him get away with being bossy...oh no...she's SUCH a little spitfire! She tells him she's mad by biting his leg or his lip...lol...poor Topher!
