There is a store called Libby Lu where they have stuffed dogs and accessories that also fit real dogs. The basic collection where you select a stuffed dog type, a carrier, a collar and a shirt are shirts that would fit a pup around 2 lbs. I'm not sure about their catalog, but in the store, there are shirts, coats and robes that would fit the super tinies. They also sell other merchandise in their stores which are intended for the larger stuffed animals they carry that will fit small dogs - they come in XS, S, M and L - pretty close to the same size range you find in regular pet clothes.
