My chihuahua has that..its close to the end of his tail..same as you explianed..if you touch it he doesn't mind but if you squeeze it he yelps. and his tail kind curves where the lump is. I don't think anything of it though.
oh yeah hes had this for a year now..he hasn't picked at it or anything he just acts normal |
