I'll tell you what you call them...a yorkie! Small yorkies are still just yorkies!
Mia is just a little over 2 lbs right now at over a year old, and people ask me all the time if she is a teacup. The word doesn't really bother me, what DOES bother me is breeders who dont know what they are doing who slap the word on the puppy to raise their prices. But 14 ounces at 4 weeks old sounds like it will be bigger than 3 lbs anyway, so no worries!
