You shouldn't let him hump Molly - and should discourage it. In fact, you should get rid of Molly and any other toy that he humps.

This certainly could be causing a lot of irritation -

And - I don't know about you - but I see nothing cute about my little guys humping anything. I have always stopped it and discouraged it immediately.
I read that a lot of people think this is cute and funny. I don't feel this way at all - and, in fact, at times, when you have company or are out in public, it can be embarrassing -- if not for you, for the people around you.

I always discouraged humping - and, even though, I didn't get my dog neutered until he was almost a year old - he never humps anything. I think he's been stopped so many times - that he just gave up and has forgotten that he can do it.
