Couple things....
Did your vet said that she actually has arthritis?
Did he say that she will get it from her knee problem?
Can he do anything about her knee problem?
*** And - yes - there are several medicines that our little dogs can take for their joints and for arthritis, if they have it. Check with your vet about these things.
