Does he have hair sticking in his eyes? Are his tears really watery or are they gooey? If they are watery, I wouldn't worry about it. If they are gooey tears, he may have conjunctivitis. My 2 get conjunctivitis and I have to put this antibiotic cream in their eyes whenever they start oozing gooey stuff. But the cream clears it up right away!
