Just had our 8 mo. old yorkiepoo, Lilly, in for a vet visit after a couple of days of refusing to put her hind paw down. Dr. did x-ray and said her knee caps slip inward (which I'm assuming is the knee conditioned referred to many times in this forum) and the beginning of arthritis. Just wondering if anyone can tell me if arthritis in such a young dog is common? This is our first dog in many years and we are very concerned for her future. Thanks for any feedback!
