You know, I'm probably just a worry wart, but even though my babies are all vaccinated, I never let them touch the floor at the Vets office. I take a pee pad for them to stand on the scales even. They have to disenfect the exam table so I can see them do it and even with my Golden, I save old socks to put on her feet and then throw them away. I know my Vet is very good, very clean, but there are so many dogs and cats that visit him, I just can not take the chance. They never have said anything to me, since they know my fears and how precious my babies are to me.
