Oh, I just love that picture!! She looks so sweet in her elf outfit.
Kudos to you, too, for trying to help the moms deal with their little children. It upsets me as well to see parents forcing their kids to sit with Santa.
My son was the same way....wasn't keen on Santa at all. We did the Santa pictures once...when he was an infant. After that, we didn't bother because of his fear.
