Not really sure what other advice to give you, but I'll bump this up for you in hopes that some more knowledable people on here can help you. Have you seen a vet? Maybe they could prescribe something that would help her gain weight. I'd just say to keep a close eye on her and keep doing what you are doing for now and make sure she is well fed and keep her warm. Sometimes a heating pad can help with that...
