A friend of mine recomended i use these Arm & Hammer wee wee pads not only do they eliminate the odor of the pee. They also use something in it that the dog will smell and know that they have to go potty on it. It might take him a few times to get the hang of it but that's how my Yorkie learned in like 2-3 weeks and didnt have any problems with him going in other places. They usually sell these at Target that's the only place where i have seen them at not sure where they sell them at.
