 Could I use a heating pad outside?
I have 2 cats outside that can go into the garage. Right now I have totes with a hole cut in them with blankets inside, and the tote is wrapped in blankets to keep the draft out. The totes are up off the floor.
Could I put a heating pad out there and place it under the plastic tote and leave it on for warmth???? |
