he might not feel comfortable with all those layers, maybe that's why he was afraid to move... I know my dog behaves different when he's wearing just a sweater and wearing a sweater AND a coat over is a completely different story. Not even mentioning his booties here ...LOL. Anyways, get him used to it and try to run, clap your hands, dance, whatever, just make sure it looks like you're having SOOOO much fun outside. He'll join in (mine always does and we run around the backyard like two loonies...)
