She is CUTE as a button, i am glad you are getting her!!!! This baby probably never got the yorkie care she needs, the hair around the ears probably were never cut short to train the ears to stand, but there are many yorkies with floppy ears, i would not worry about that.
Her hair does look thin, but i am positive you can get that right with the right hair products, proper brushing, and the right nutrition and nourishment.
Looks like she needs a LOT of TLC which i'm sure she will get plenty of by you.
